To make a binding reservation, please:

1) making an initial reservation by phone, e-mail or online

2) making a 30% down payment to our account, given below, on the set date.

3) full payment for the stay in advance on the day of the beginning of the booked stay.

Payment of a deposit means a binding reservation for both parties and acceptance of the terms of the offer

1) more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, refund of all sums paid with a deduction of PLN 30 handling fee

2) 14 to 30 days before the start of a 50% deposit refund.

3) deposit below 14 days is not refundable The cancellation must be in writing (also by email)

Note: the down payment is calculated for each room separately. When booking several rooms and canceling some of them, the down payment for these rooms is subject to the general conditions of booking and cancellation, and is accounted for accordingly.

The security of online payments is provided by Dotpay. A secure connection is provided by encryption via an SSL certificate with extended validation with 256-bit encryption, which guarantees the highest standard of authentication of the identity of the website owner. The information sent between the user and the server is not used by unauthorized persons.

All complaints regarding your stay should be sent to our e-mail address.

In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, the entered data will be processed solely for the purpose of making the reservation. Personal data will be processed by the HOTRES system based in Jelenia Góra.

In accordance with the requirements set out by the GDPR, we inform you that: we process your personal data and you have the right to access your data, request their rectification, deletion, processing and transfer restrictions, as well as the right to object at any time.
